Admin Asst – Cincinnati

Position Overview

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing administrative tasks related to the efficient maintenance of company correspondence and delegated tasks.

The desired candidate demonstrates dependability and responsibility in fulfilling obligations.

Essential Job Functions

  • Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific office staff.
  • Answer telephones and provide information to customers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
  • Filing and retrieving corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling customers for trainings.
  • Manage calendar of events and emails for the business.
  • Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining record management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare documents using office tools (MS Office).

Non-essential Job Functions

  • 1-3 years of similar experience.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Great interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must be able to identify problems and the ability to provide the correct solutions.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Confidentiality.
  • Attend training and staff meetings as required/schedule.


  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Must provide a criminal background check.
  • Ability to work in a group setting.
